Goins made his first recordings in 1964 when he was the featured
vocalist on some of the tracks on an Alexis Korner's Blues Incorporated
album "Red Hot From Alex".
He first came to England as a US serviceman and he chose to stay here
after being demobbed.
The Night-Timers were formed in late '64 and remained popular on the
club scene for the next eighteen months.
